  The parties agree to the following terms & conditions:

Michael David LLC agrees to perform bookkeeping and payroll services in an expedient manner at the rate of $90/hour.

• The exact nature and extent of accounting services will be agreed upon with the client in a face to face meeting.
• All services performed will be due and payable at the time of invoicing by Michael David LLC.
• Any adjustments requested by the client will be subject to approval by Michael David LLC.
• Accounting services will be halted if an outstanding balance due is not paid in a timely manner.
• Accounting services may be terminated by either party upon written or verbal notification.
